Shell script does not run

HI people,

I have a shell script that does not run. It works as a script in terminal very nicely, but does not work from AS. What is the problem?

tell application "Terminal"

activate

do shell script "cp -r /Volumes/BAXUSB2KEY/ /Volumes/Lacie/BAXUSB2KEY/"

end tell
