Hi Jeffrey,
You haven't really asked a specific AppleScript question - maybe you could let the list know which particular part is causing you problems. A sample of the problematic code is very helpful too.
Alternatively, if you want someone to do this for you from scratch (as I suspect is the case) then maybe you would have more luck here; http://www.macfreelancer.com/
