It's a temporary items folder.

You are adding false/invented/unnecessary restrictions to your continuing
(ad nauseum) posts.

As someone already said...um...it's a temporary items folder.

I think that you are pushing this point because you like to read your own
typing.

You've not said one thing that suggests there is a genuine requirement for
this file renaming.

"foo" is not allowed to exist...
"bar" is not allowed to exist...

Whatever.
