Call me silly, but I cringe when I have to install some third-
party product to replace something Apple provides--especially
something as integrated into the OS experience as AppleScript
--simply because it doesn't measure up. For example, I lament
being forced to use AdiumX because iChat only supports AIM and
Jabber. I've begged. I've pleaded. They ignore me. I know that's
apples and oranges, (no pun intended) but the emotional response
is the same; at least it registers the same on the sphygmomanometer.
I appreciate the suggestion, I really do, but it won't make my
doctor any happier.
