Those were not false restrictions but true ones I had in May 2006. As I
said before "cp" solves the problem. It's just that "Finder" is missing
an important feature.
But, as I already wrote earlier, Jon's workaround is no solution as it
is impossible, using just AppleScript, to delete the temporary stuff
created in a clean way.
As a thank-you the nice verbe you invented, here is an excerpt for you
from the Apple Dictionary:
