Technically, yes, however, you're going to have an initial learning curve
that while steep, will probably pay off for you down the line, and well.
That said, you're going to want to spend time with the AppleScript studio
documentation, and make sure you're familiar with how Xcode does things.
It's rather different from Script editor.
