Isn't that the way it's supposed to work?  There no such differences between
"Google.com" and "google.com"...that'd be silly.

I think Safari does the right thing, WRT domain names.

Now, the name of a cookie may, or may not, be case-sensitive but that would
be silly, too, I think (why should a cookie named "lang" be different than
one named "Lang"?)
