"as alias list" should be fixed. Currently if there is only one item in the directory it returns an error.
It should return a list containing one alias
It appears to be fixed in Leopard.
tell application "Finder" to get the selection as alias list
--> {alias "Dora:Applications:Address Book.app:"}
Anything else fixed we should know about?
