I've got an applescript that used to work just fine, but now I get an error on the following line

set pic to export selImages using "JPEG - blog index" to "Hemmet:Users:jem:Desktop" naming files with (file naming policy "testar")

the error message says that there isn't a file naming policy with that name, there is, I've tested several other names (which all used to work).

I'm using Aperture 1.5.6 and 10.5.1, any suggestions for what the
problem could be?

I'm starting to suspect a bug here, this line lists all the file naming policies I've created in Aperture:

set xf to file naming policies

but if I try to use one in the list

get file naming policy (item 1 of xf)

then I get the 'Aperture got an error: Can't make file naming policy "Custom Name with Index" into type integer.' error message
