The original poster did everything you'd want and expect from someone
looking for help here. They'd had a good crack at the job, they'd met a
problem which they couldn't solve, they presented it here in a sensible
fashion and asked a reasonable question. I think that's exactly the
sort of behaviour we want to encourage.
