As I recall, you have to make a "Scripting Additions" folder (WITH a
space!!) folder in the bundle, and put it there.
This is correct. However, bear in mind that this only works for
scripts saved as application bundles. (Studio apps count for this
purpose.)
One issue you also need to know about is CPU "flavors": if it needs
to work
with a PPC app, it too has to be PPC; if it needs to work with an
Intel app,
it too has to be Intel. I'm not 100% certain if there are Universal
osaxen
that "just work" with Universal apps in both systems, though I
would guess
so. Does anyone know for sure?
That's really up to the creator of the osax. I observe that Satimage
and XMLLib have both been updated to be Universal; I assume there are
others.
