Two years ago I compiled a survey of billing rates charged by scripters from this list. Twenty-four people responded to the initial call for information and I tabulated the information. I've got a PDF of that table with the individuals' names removed. The locations are there, so you can see the market they are in, but they will be anonymous to you. There are four columns of information in the table.

If you're interested, I can send it to you. But if you are in hopes that it will somehow give you guidance as to what your salary should be, I think they may not be fulfilled. The rates were, to say the least, wildly different. My conclusion was that people who sell their services on the cheap need to boost the rate, sometimes considerably.
