Rachel used to use Entourage, but doesn't seem to be doing so any more.
Rachel, did you never know about MLM? As John says, you just check a box to
"override the list's settings and always reply to the list", and it does. I
never have to think about which mailing list I'm on or what to do. (And if I
occasionally want to reply o the sender only, that's also easy even with
that pref on.)
