Note that the double-flat is the same sequence that I gave above: D834,DD2B; the final character, presumably the double-sharp is, also surrogate-encoded (D834,DD2A), and the characters in between are in the BMP (266D, 266E, 266F) - I assume that's "flat", "natural", "sharp".
