I'm still running; I'll be in a 5K race tomorrow, in fact. In four
weeks, I'll be starting a half-marathon training plan; I'll be
running in the Nike Women's Half Marathon on October 21st in San
Francisco.
I'm also at my lowest weight in at least a quarter century; only five
more pounds to lose to get my BMI under 25.
And I adopted two kittens a month and a day ago today.
