 Oh, that happens to a lot of us, even after long experience. I can still vividly recall the day at Macworld when Apple's Mail client came out and how much hair I lost that night when nothing about its scripting made any sense.

Make new document at end of documents. Yeah, right. Like someone would care that a randomly opened collection of documents had a beginning and an end.
