I haven't tried it with this particular kind of TIFF but a general
purpose call is:
/usr/libexec/cups/filter/nsimagetopdf '' '' '' 1 '' /path/to/some.png
2>/dev/null > /path/to/some.pdf
Those are (double) single quotes in the command line.
