INDESIGN: Showing a Specific Page or Master Page

Maybe I'm just having a brain glitch, cause this has GOT to be simple, but how do you implement the equivalent of Quark's "show" command: to bring a specific, page, spread, master, page, or master spread into view so that selections can be made to objects on the page?

For instance, if I want to navigate to the master spread "L-Library Items" so that I can select the object "Sidebar" and copy it to the clipboard, and then re-navigate back to my original location, what do I do?

set active spread to WHATEVER doesn't seem to work, and the show command is just for links.
