Lock Brightness Controls

Is it possible to "lock" the monitor brightness contol
so that users can not change it.  [Cinema Screens in
particular] We have tightly calibrated monitors and if
the brightness gets moved then the whole calibration
thing is of no value.

Is it possible to do this with a script?  Possiblly,
at the system level?
Maybe a terminal process?

Any insight here would be greatly appreciated
