I have an application written with AppleScript Studio, and I'm trying to
extend the functionality using a disclosure triangle. I can get the triangle
to show/hide the interface features, and resize the window accordingly, but
it is by no means smooth. I'm use to clicking on the arrow, and watching
things slide down to grow, etc. Due to the way the resizing is working,
instead of growing my window down, it grows up instantly, then I have to
reposition it back to the original location. The final result is very jerky
and jumpy.
>From what I can tell in the documentation, it's fairly easy to do with
Cocoa, but I can't find any AppleScript equivalents of those functions.
Anyone have suggestions for getting the resizing to be smoothed out and
Mac-like?
Thanks,
Geoff Franks
