Network file permission error

I wrote a script to open files in photoshop, modify
them and then save them to a target folder with a new
file name. The script then moves the original file to
a folder labeled “Finished Files”

This script works perfectly on my Mac.
It did work perfectly on the Mac I moved it to.
Now it creates the target folder and then gives me the
message.
“Network file permission error”

The HD is set for “read write”
The target folder is set “read write”.
The source folder is set “read write”.
User has admin previliges

This is all being done locally.
No network or external drives involved.

Help! Where should I look?

Thanks
Oakley
