Removing focus from a text frame in AppleWorks

Hi all,
I'm new to AppleScript and have got the hang of most of the language but can't figure a way to remove focus from a text frame which is being editted.  I'm trying to get all of the page content on to the clipboard and if nothing is selected it all works fine.  However, if a text frame is being edited, the "select all" will just select the text rather than all objects in the document.  Is there any way to remove focus from a text frame?

Thanks a lot for your help

Andrew Gleave
