apples mail help

i need to do a few acrobatics will apple mail but have not been able to get it all correct. can anyone help?


I have a mail account called "request" with a mailbox there in called "valid"

using AS I would like to select all the messages in "valid" which is in "requests"

then I would like to "save as" all those selected messages as "plain text" to a file called "final destination" on the desktop


wow!! can this all be done?
