Applescript schedulers

I would like to start running some applescripts at certain times, what alternatives are there for doing the actual scheduling?

I know about:

+   cron (the built-in one) and CronniX

+   FlexTime

+   MacAT

+   Anacron

+   iDo

+   Script Timer

I know nothing about the last 5 and would really like to hear some comments/recommendations.
