Custom sorting for iCal todos

  • Subject: Custom sorting for iCal todos

I would need to view the iCal todo entries sorted by a custom set of criteria. The way this could conceivably be implemented is via AppleScript by

1) reading the todos to an AppleScript list
2) sorting the list based on the set of criteria
3) rearranging the displayed list "manually" (i.e., with AppleScript)

Items 1 and 2 should be straightforward, but is the sorting type of iCal's todo lists available (settable) via AppleScript? Or, can one reset the list of todo items, if they are already in the new sorted order I had a quick look into the iCal scripting library, but could not find access to the sorting type. I am using Tiger (10.4.11) and plan not to upgrade to Leopard yet.
