Mail.app - Can't get contents of email with attachments

  • Subject: Mail.app - Can't get contents of email with attachments

I am working on a script that will add email to FileMaker.  It works great except when the email has attachments, and (content of message) returns "????" and the script bombs because "????" can't be converted to a string.

Trying to delete the attachments from the message results in NSInternalScriptError.

I have spent the last couple of days searching the web and found a couple of references from back in 2005, with no workaround.

Is this still a problem?  Is there no way around it?

TIA,
Cliff
