Scripting InDesign Tables

  • Thread-topic: Scripting InDesign Tables

I'm working with InDesign CS2 and I have a document that contains a table
with about a dozen columns and 75 rows.

The cell widths and the row heights vary.

I'm trying to automate setting the height of each row based on the number of
lines in text in the cell with the most text.

In other words if all the cells in a particular row have 3 lines and one has
5, then the row height should be set for five lines.

I find it fairly easy to refer to individual cells, but I haven't figured
out how to refer to rows.

Has anyone done anything similar? Is this possible via applescript?

Ed
