Creating a Rule in Quark

Hi,
I've looked in the QuarkXPress Library in Applescript and it says to
use 'rule on' to create a rule:
so I have written the following:
tell paragraph 3 of text box ("Property Head 1")
set rule to true
set color to strColorName & " tint"
set position to -1.1
set width to 11
end tell
However, I get the following error "Can't set rule on of paragraph 3
of text box "Property Head 1" of page 1 of document 1 to true."
Any suggestions/help would be much appreciated.
