If you've installed Xcode Tools, you'll find them in the documentation
folder under release notes. Unfortunately, they consist of two sentences
saying, in essence, that they'll be along shortly.

Yeah, sorry about that. They should be live on the Apple web site on Wednesday, 10/31.
