On second inspection, you are right. Unfortunately, this file is for
Safari's internal use only. I was hoping to write a general purpose
.plist file that Safari could open ... but, I guess not.
Since I don't fully understand what you say, I wonder: are you
referring to the fact that the plist is not stored as text, but as
binary? Just in case you're not aware, all plist editors (Property
List Editor and XMLLib, for instance) transparently open and save
binary-formatted as well as text-formatted plists.
