Finder error

I've tried this two different ways with the same results:


1) set _the_list to (every item of folder sourceFolder)

move _the_list to folder destFolder


2) set selection to every item of folder sourceFolder

move selection to folder destFolder


Use:


 move every item of folder sourceFolder to folder destFolder

This still gives a Finder timeout error when run from a second script via "run script".

Any other suggestions?
