Adding a slide to Keynote

Hi,
I feel quiet silly here but I have been spending some time trying to perform the above.
I searched google/Apple, etc. and I don't seam to find how to add a slide using Applescript. I have also tried to use the record function of the script utility but it's doesn't record anything with Keynote, Finder or other applications are recorded well.
Do you have any idea?
