Apparently, it doesn't seem to be scriptable.
So, I just added to my script menu a simple script opening the info
window of Photoshop... it's already better then nothing.

Mac Intels, you need to launch Photoshop using Rosetta. Therefore,
you read the information of Photoshop in the finder and check the
box "open with Rosetta".
I'd'like to know how to script this operation, so I could make two
scripts, one to open check and another to uncheck this Rosetta box.
