One thing to keep in mind is that deleting a hyperlink does not delete the
related hyperlink destination, so a document can end up with lots of
"orphan" hyperlink destinations. This is common in docs that have had Word
documents containing hyperlinks imported into them; I found 238 in one the
other day...
