No, no, Applescript is not INTERCAL. :)

(If you are unfamiliar with INTERCAL, it's a joke proglang that was designed to be as difficult to use as possible; among the requirements is that a certain proportion of statements must have PLEASE on the front of them.  Too few, and the compiler rejects the code as too rude; too many, and it rejects it as too fawning.  See the Wikipedia entry for more info if interested...)
