path to idisk folders

I have the following script that copies a file to some external drives

tell application "Finder"

set source to "Macintosh HD:Users:bcuilla:Documents:Quicken Folder"

duplicate source to "TueThurSat Backup:" with replacing

duplicate source to "MWF BACKUP:" with replacing

duplicate source to "Media:" with replacing

end tell

This works just fine.

I would also like to back up some stuff to my documents folder on my idsk , but i cant seem to get the correct syntax or pat name. Any ideas?
