Now this works fine even in cs 3, except for when the group has an image... In previous versions the image would shift with the group, now in cs3 the bounds of the image stay the same..

Anyone know a workaround for this?

I recently had the same problem in CS3 so I used "move selection to" rather than "set geometric bounds" and it sorted the problem.

Martin thanks, I was just about to reply to my own post.. found it.. ;-)

Thanks for the confirmation.. It actually makes alot more sense than re-applying the bounds, with the move command you only need the x.y rather than all four co-ordinates..

Thanks!
