Hard as it may be to believe, I am aware that that's what it *should* mean,
but still wanted to be sure it works as expected since I can't check yet for
myself. I'm also hoping (possibly vainly) that Chris may tell us that there
are no immediate plans to remove them anytime soon (e.g. next OS upgrade).
