It wouldn't be completely off-topic, but cocoa-dev would probably be better.

Depends what the question is. While cocoa-dev would be best for questions on SB itself, folks on AppleScript-users have far better knowledge and experience of scripting specific applications. (Of course, it'll help if questions are pitched in a style that folks familiar with the AppleScript language can understand.)
