AppleScripting a GUI app seems like an awfully roundabout way to
automate ftp, but you can tell System Events to simulate a keypress -
you'll have look in its dictionary for the commands or wait for
someone else to supply them, though, since i'm AFmM. There's one that
takes a key code and one that takes the actual character...
