error, file not found

Hi,

This is driving me up a wall;

run script "/Library/Scripts/Universal Scripts/setsoundvolume" as alias
Generates an error, "file not found"

run script "iMac HD:Library:Scripts:Universal Scripts:setsoundvolume" as alias
Works

What am I missing?
