Hi Rick,
As an alternative suggestion, if you create a folder "Adobe Photoshop
CS3" in the Users/user/Library/Scripts/Applications folder it'll show
up in the Scripts menu (black S at top right of main menu) only when
you're in Photoshop. If the Scripts menu isn't there use the
"AppleScript Utility" app (located in Applications/AppleScript) to
activate it.

app's own Scripts menu/palette.

That's because it's designed to be javascript-only. Log a feature
request;
it'll only happen if lots of people do.
