Hey! Don't shoot me; I'm just the messenger. System
Preferences->Accounts->unlock lock->CONTROL-click on a user->select Advanced
gives you some options. Likewise, SysPrefs->Sharing gives you access to others.
Finally, System Admin Tools for OS X Server, free download at
<http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/serveradmintools105.html>, gives you a
GUI interface. If that's not to your liking, file a bug report/enhancement
request via Apple's bug reporter system.
