How to Install Script Editor alone

Hi,

I am having Mac Book Pro which was recently transfered to my from my colleague in office.

My Mac Book consists of OSX 10.4.11

I noticed that it don't have Script Editor.

I am having the relevant DVD for the OSX. Can some body tell me how to install Script Editor alone?

Or by any chance can I download from internet? what is the website where I can get it?
