I took a look at this doc. It's very subtle, but I guess it's an announcement that hierarchical folder menus are back. Too bad they didn't use the words "hierarchical folder menus". I've done more Googling on this and there is no web page that I can find that announces the return of hierarchical folder menus.

Yes!

When I finish updating Mail Saver for Leopard, I am going to have to write detailed instructions in the documentation on how to install the table of contents folder in the Dock.

And the current implementation of hierarchical folder menus violates HIG. You are suppose to press & hold the mouse to get a menu. At least that's the way its been done since the beginning. Now you have to click the mouse in the Dock. Press & Hold should show the hierarchical folder menu, which has an Options sub-menu, not the other-way-around.
