Sorry -- rationality is only available on Fridays after 5pm…
So, a doh moment I guess. The message ID I was working with had a
percent symbol in the ID - this needs URL encoding. Philip's link was
plain so it worked. It was only when I looped through 20 odd IDs that
the fog cleared.
