INDESIGN: Accessing the Content of Notes

  • Subject: INDESIGN: Accessing the Content of Notes

It would appear that there is no way to script access to the content of note objects via scripting. Am I missing something?

If so, it's really too bad, because the note could be a very powerful tool, since it can hold content of arbitrary complexity -- even such things as complex anchored objects or groups nested inside other complex anchored objects -- anything you can put onto a page (like a snippet, it would seem), while at the same time, being invisible.

I would love to hear that there really IS a way to manipulate note content.
