I'm sure I saw that documented somewhere, back, either in the ASLG or one of
the many appleScript books.
If it's broken I've got dozens, if not hundreds, of scripts that will break.
I would file a bug report myself, but since I haven't upgraded it hasn't bit
me yet, but someone, somewhere should report this as a bug.
