Hi,
I am trying to set up an Xgrid for Photoshop, Acrobat and several other apps.
The best link I have found on doing this however is from 2006 and also
requires having Expect installed.
see link http://jw-digital.net/blog/archives/2006/02/photoshop_xgrid.html
I have pretty much everything else in place except for Expect. When trying to
install it I am lost - it requires me to compile it and compile tlc - I even
tried fink commander but that didn't find the packages either on the net for
whatever reason, then I tried Wish TCL 8.4.10 and installed it, and I
installed Darwing Port version 1.6.0-10.5-Leopard (could not find another
version). Any ideas?
Is there a simpler installer for Expect for OSX10.4.11 that I can run and then
make the above scripts under photoshop_xgrid.html work?
Or is there another method in the meantime of invoking an applescript on a
remote machine via the shell? I don't mind learning Unix if I have to but if
so can someone give me a link to a good start? Or point me in the right direction.
I would appreciate any help or direction on this.
Best, Patrik
