Title: Photoshop - positionning layers
Hi all,
Has anyone found a way of moving the contents of a layer (which is not a text layer)?
Somehow I can only find a way of changing the position of text layers. “Bounds” (which was also a part of my trials) is apparently read-only in the layer properties. So I settled for “position”. But to non avail.
So far, this good:
tell application "Adobe Photoshop CS3"
set docRef to current document
set NewLayer to current layer of docRef
set position of NewLayer to {DocWidth as pixels, 0 as pixels}
end tell
This errors out in “Can’t set position of arte layer 1 of document “Doc Name” to {pixels 2122.0, pixels 0.0}
I’m stuck and in a tad of a hurry, any advice is welcome.
Best,
j.
